University of Mississippi Alumni looking for Volunteers

I am a Ole Miss undergraduate alum and LSU graduate school alum and I am interning at Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Greater NYC Affiliate.  We are looking for volunteers for Race day.  

This is what I have been emailing to companies and individuals...

I am reaching out to you in hopes that you will consider volunteering for the Komen Greater NYC Race for the Cure with a group from your office on Sunday, September 12th in Central Park. 
We are asking that our volunteers arrive at 6:00 AM to check-in and then stay and help out until 1:00 PM. Do you have a preference of where you volunteer or are you okay to go wherever help is needed? If so, I have provided a list of the volunteer placements for you (see below).

Also, just a note - we are looking for as many volunteers as we can possibly have at this year's Race so if you think any of your friends/family/co-workers/etc would be interested in volunteering on Race Day, please pass the word about it on!

The SEC Alumni participates in Zogsports Co-Ed Touch Football league every season. The cost for the season is $85 and games are played on Sundays (since Saturdays in the fall are sacred). The league uses fields throughout Manhattan and the season begins the Sunday, September 12th and runs through playoffs in November.
