Fall Leagues Registration
Hello SEC Alumni & Friends:
Are you sitting at your desk secretly wishing you could return to the glory days of college? I have one important question for you - Do you Zog? What's that you may be asking? Zog Sports is the perfect way to relive the awesome time you had back at college. While your alums may have traded in their college hoodies for a suit (at least during the day), our co-ed sports leagues and organized happy hours are the perfect way to throw a little fun back in their lives. To make sure your young alums kick off their first few years in NYC the right way, we're going to give them $10.00 off to play in our leagues this fall (discount code below). Registration for our fall leagues is open from July 25 to August 19, 2011, and we'd love to see you on the field!
· Looking for a fun way to meet other NYC alumni from our school? Check out Zog Sports, a co-ed social sports league for young professionals. They are organizing a variety of sports leagues this fall that include softball, touch football, basketball, kickball, soccer, bowling and more! We are organizing a (insert sport/league) team for our alumni group. If you are interested in playing, register as an individual's for the casual division of that league and request to play on the (insert school) team by noting that in the comments section during registration.

The New York Knicks are in the process of developing the "Knicks College Alumni Association Basketball Tournament." The New York Knicks would like to establish and build new relationships with the NYC alumni associations as well as provide a unique and entertaining networking opportunity for your association in conjunction with other alumni associations in the area. The opening rounds of this basketball tournament will be played at the Sports Center at Chelsea Piers and the semi-final and the final rounds will be played on the Garden floor at the "World's Most Famous Arena", Madison Square Garden. The tournament will be a sixteen (16) team event with each team consisting of 8-10 players that are graduates of your school. We will fill the team spots on a first come, first serve basis. Regular season games start Sunday, September 12, 2010 The SEC Alumni participates in Zogsports Co-Ed Touch Football league every season. The cost for the season is $85 and games are played on Sundays (since Saturdays in the fall are sacred). The league uses fields throughout Manhattan and the season begins the Sunday, September 12th and runs through playoffs in November.
